What this service records and why.
What we record
When you visit or sign in we record the time, your IP address and the country and city derived from it, the pages you request, the device and browser you use, and how long you are active or idle. Failed sign-in attempts are recorded too.
Why
To protect accounts and the service against unauthorised access and abuse, to detect unusual access (for example from unexpected countries), and to measure how the service is used.
How long
Access and sign-in records are deleted after the retention period set by the administrator (90 days by default). Questions and answers are kept for quality improvement for up to 180 days.
Your rights
Contact the administrator who created your account to ask what is stored about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
